Quality Inspection

We use a Micro-Vu model M321 to inspect all dimensions prior to beginning a production run. We provide you, the client, a printed report of all dimensional data for your review. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.

At Feng Ping Extrusions the latest Measuring Devices, including the ultimate Precision Video Measuring Machine, Microvu M321 Matrix, are used to assure front-end dimensional control of dies, tooling, and product.

Regular mechanical and metallographic tests are made to ensure alloys comply to customer specification.

TQM at FENG PING EXTRUSIONS places emphasis on all personnel being quality conscious from sales to final shipment.

Dedicated to SPC every aspect of business from order solicitation through quotation, order entry, fabrication, packaging, and shipment is governed by Statistical Process Control (SPC). Service, Quality, and the all-important SPC are not "just words" to the FENG PING EXTRUSIONS team.
